Peters’ Heat Treat completes metallurgical testing meeting the Nadcap Audit Criteria for Materials Testing Laboratories (AC7101/3) and Hardness and/or Conductivity Testing (AC7102/5). Our certified lab offers Microhardness testing, Tensile testing, Metallographic preparation, Effective case depth analysis, IGA/IGO determination, and depth of decarburization assessment. 

Our hardness testing capabilities are compliant with ASTM E10, E18, E384, A370. Additionally, we have partnerships with NADCAP-certified destructive testing facilities to perform charpy impact test and intergranular oxidation among others.
