Standard Pricing Includes Atmosphere Or Vacuum Harding, Cryogenic Treating, Multiple Tempering (If Necessary), Straightening, and Hardness Testing.
Only orders with the same grade of steel and same hardness will be batched as one order.
Blades Under 20” In Length
1 – 3 blades: $110.00 Total
4 – 25 blades: $175.00 for first 4 blades + $5.50 per blade over 4
26 – 99 blades: $300.00 + 5.00 per blade over 26
100 – 199 blades: $3.50 per blade
200-500 blades: $3.00 per blade

Black Oxide
Carbon Steel: $75.00 minimum charge + $0.33 per blade handling
Stainless Steel: $115.00 minimum charge + $0.33 per blade handling

Stress Relieving
$60.00 minimum charge + $0.24 per blade handling
Stress relieving is needed on AEB-L, Nitro-V, and Sandvik and other strip steels (such as 12C27, 13C26, 14C28N). These steel types have a high propensity for warpage. If stress relieving is required, it will be automatically added to your processing and charges.
Sandblasting
$51.00 minimum charge + $0.50 per blade handling
ORDER FORM: ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE ENCLOSED CUSTOMER INFORMATION FORM INCLUDING QUANTITY, MATERIAL AND HARDNESS. MISSING INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN PROCESSING DELAYS.
PAYMENT: ALL CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE OR OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT SET UP BEFORE ORDERS ARE RETURNED.
PACKAGING CHARGES (Does not include shipping charges):
$9.50 PER PACKAGE HANDLING FEE.
$28 HANDLING FEE PER FREIGHT SHIPMENT; MUST USE OLD DOMINION AS FREIGHT VENDOR AND INSURE THE SHIPMENT.
PHT SHIPS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.
RETURN SHIPPING IS EXTRA and will be added to your order total.
We will return using the same method in which we received the blades unless otherwise instructed on the Customer Sheet. Insurance will not be included in return shipping unless it is requested on the Customer Sheet. Customer bears risk of loss during transportation and shall maintain appropriate insurance to cover such risk of loss.
